Maternal & Child Health
We design and implement high-impact, evidence-based interventions to improve access to quality antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and pediatric care-particularly in underserved and hard-to-reach communities. Our approach focuses on strengthening service delivery, enhancing provider capacity, and promoting community engagement to reduce maternal and child morbidity and mortality.
- Strategic Planning & Health System Integration: Supporting development of national and sub-national MCH strategies, embedding MCH services within primary health care (PHC), and aligning with broader health system reforms.
- Service Delivery Across the Continuum of Care: Strengthening antenatal, delivery, postnatal, and newborn care, with targeted interventions for high-risk pregnancies and improved referral and facility readiness.
- Community-Based & Equity-Focused Interventions: Empowering community health workers, promoting adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH), and addressing gender and social barriers to increase access in underserved areas.
- Quality Improvement & Capacity Building: Providing clinical training, supportive supervision, and continuous quality improvement for health providers, while enhancing MPDSR and commodity availability systems.
- Behavior Change, Data & Program Evaluation: Driving demand generation through culturally appropriate communication, and strengthening program monitoring through coverage assessments, health surveys, and impact evaluations.
